Are masks or facial covering required?

Facial coverings are required for everyone.

How many people are allowed to attend On-Site Service in the main auditorium?

The Government of India had permitted religious services to be conducted with a maximum of 400 members.

Will AG Kolkata continue to have Online Worship Experiences?

Yes. AG Kolkata English Section will be live streaming our online worship experience for the 2nd Service.

Will there be any Equip Classes, Kingdom Kids, Teen Talk etc?

No. We won’t be having any physical gathering for Equip classes, Kingdom Kids (Children Ministry), Teen Talk or Soar (Youth Ministry). Most of these ministries continue to operate in Virtual capacity via Zoom, Youtube and other Online Platforms.

Guidelines for Attending Service

Our meeting halls will be sanitized before each church service.
On Entry:
• Your temperature will be checked at the entry gate
• Sanitize yourself at the entry point
Each service will have a limited attendance of 400 people.
Please arrive 10 minutes before each service.
Please follow strictly the instructions and guidance of the Host team and volunteers.
Our volunteers and Host Team will be wearing masks as they assist with your reservation check-in. Host team will also guide attendees to stand and sit 6 feet apart from other attendees (family units may stand and sit with each other), and will ensure that all safety precautions are followed.
Doors will be propped open to minimize contact with hard surfaces.
We will not be passing offering bags. Offering Boxes placed in the front to collect offering. We also encourage online giving; please click the link to give your offering.
Kindly note that we are not having Children’s Church on-site in the interest of abundant caution and to avoid any health risks to our children. Parents are requested to kindly take responsibility for their children’s safety and protection and take care to follow Covid protocol strictly.
Children’s Ministries including our Equip Tracks will not be available on-site during this time. You can watch our kids content here.

Those attending the service are advised to have taken both vaccinations before entering the auditorium.
We advise senior citizens to also take every precaution if you plan to attend on-site services.
Kindly note that for those who are unable for any reason unable to attend our onsite services join online at 11:30 AM IST.
Surfaces (including pews) will be sanitized and cleaned before and after all Services.
Hand Sanitizer will be available at every entrance; toilets will be sanitized between Services and a limited amount of people may enter at a time.

This is a Team Effort

Utilize our reservation system to attend an On-Site Services; by doing so, you are agreeing to adhere to all church attenders responsibilities and expectations.
Bring and wear your own mask. Masks are required for everyone.
Sanitize your hands at our sanitation stations.
Maintain physical distance from other attendees (6 feet); do not gather in groups before or after Service. Fellowship at safe social distances is encouraged on the Lawn after Service.
If you fall into one or more of the MHA’s “at risk categories, or if you have any of the following symptoms, we encourage you to continue to worship with us online.
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Fever
- Sore throat
- Chills
- Headache
- Muscle pain
- Recent loss of taste or smell
Confirm that you are healthy with your personal doctor and do not attend if you have any symptoms of any illness within the past 14 days.

The AG Church is the Church with the Open Arms and welcomes all who desire to worship with us, and is complying with all statutory requirements and employing every available means to ensure the protection and safety of all service attendees. We would, however, like to register the caveat that those choosing to attend services under the present conditions do so fully aware of the prevailing health risk globally, and thus the AGC will not be held liable for health challenges attendees may encounter which may or may not be the result of attendance at our services.
